Khalid Sandouka is an International Partner of MilleniumAssociates where he is on of the Partners responsible for originating and supporting all aspects of M&A projects.

Prior to joining MilleniumAssociates, Khalid has enjoyed a varied career over 35 years of experience in strategic planning & project monitoring and evaluation, engineering, banking, quality assurance and marketing & market penetration across a range of roles including being General Manager of GAICO Jordan, and CEO of National United Trading & Investment. A business development expert, Khalid has wide-ranging experience within the Middle East, Africa & Asia.

Khalid has also worked as a consultant advising several large international companies and gained valuable experience in business modeling for M&A, business valuations and real estate as well as fixed and movable asset valuations.

Khalid has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University as well as an MBA from the University of Bradford. He speaks English and Arabic.
